On-Site Leadership: Acting as the primary point of contact to keep fixtures, staff, and students on track from start to finish.
Operational Excellence: Expert management of fixtures, venue logistics, and strict timekeeping.
Front-of-House Support: Welcoming and assisting teachers, students, coaches, and umpires upon arrival.
Seamless Coordination: Handling official allocations and overseeing field/court setup.
Integrity & Safety: Constant monitoring of student behavior, safety protocols, and overall match flow.
Direct Liaison: Real-time communication with MSI HQ to resolve any issues instantly.
